Popis práce

The HR Organisation Manager will drive the creation, ongoing development and deployment of a the organisation
development strategy. The role holder will deliver initiatives which will ensure the way we organise ourselves and work
together creates competitive advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Planning headcount numbers for the entire Nitra Operation.

• Work with the business stakeholders to define the most efficient organisation structure.

• Define the strategy to ensure the roles are filled with quality employees.

• Work with the business stakeholders to define the most efficient organisation structure.

• Understand hard to fill roles and critical future skills to input into the hiring and sourcing strategy.

• Work closely with the Training department to implement development programmes where skills are not available in the labour market.

• Lead large scale, people related, strategic business projects (e.g. insourcing, outsourcing, TUPE, etc.)

• Support HR Director in developing the People Strategy that translates the business objectives into HR.

• Manage processes, cadence and governance to support the consistent deployment of the HR strategy and measurement of key HR KPIs.

Požiadavky

• Experience of developing and managing the deployment of organisational development and design strategies across diverse colleague groups.

• Governance and risk management skills, strong project management skills and proven track record of leading the successful deployment of large scale people related projects/programmes. e.g. insourcing, outsourcing, TUPE, offshore etc.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills. A strategic thinker, able to create a compelling vision and to gain business and HR buy in, with the ability to simplify and operationalise a clear business-orientated people strategy

• Accurate administration skills, attention to detail, data management and manipulation as well as strong business acumen and have the ability to build business cases and present return on investment.

• Proven track record of developing teams and ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the organisation, able to connect across a diverse range of people

• Experience of working in a matrix environment, closely collaborating with colleagues from across functions and geographies

• Ability to plan and manage delivery through other teams (e.g. in other countries, sites).

• Able to negotiate and influence at the highest level both internally and externally

• Ability to develop and implement strategy at organisational level

• Experienced user of MS Office
