OPPORTUNITY
Reward team will provide expertise to business partners and senior managers across all elements of reward (pay, benefits and etc.).

The team’s purpose is to develop reward programmes aligned to business strategy which attract, motivate and retain the right people. The team strives to deliver an environment at JLR where people are motivated and engaged to work to their potential and share in the rewards of the company’s success.

The reward programme will be competitive and cost effective and whilst aligning with JLR’s global reward strategy will meet the local market requirements.

The role reports to the Senior Reward Consultant. It has a key part to play in supporting colleagues in the team to gather and analyse data, to prepare work for new initiatives across reward and to support the annual compensation planning cycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and analyse salary data based on the business
requirement
• Prepare salary and benefit data for surveys in Slovakia, including
pay and benefits data collection and subsequent benchmarking
analysis (Mercer, Kornfery, Towers Watson)
• Contribute to the salary benchmarking process
• Contribute to the annual compensation planning programme
• Contribute to the Skill Framework process for hourly employees
• Prepare reward guidance / offers for recruitment
• Calculate personal bonus and regeneration and education
allowance and provide explanation about eligibility to employee in
case of requirement
• Prepare HR payroll data inputs and support to outsourced Payroll
and Finance team
• Manage all activities regarding to existing benefits and
competitions for JLR employees including supplier management
• Select supplier and launch new benefits / competitions for JLR
employees including cooperation on marketing campaign with
Communication department
• Support reward projects in Slovakia with knowledge, analytical
skills and administrative duties
• Train newcomers on the Onboarding
• Train and support employees on reward related matters (all
reward elements, cars, benefits, payroll etc.)
• Update and prepare reward policies and helps to implement them
in Slovakia
• Perform administrative tasks on behalf of the Reward team in
Slovakia (ordering, reporting, invoices receipting, archiving of
documents etc.)

Požiadavky

Essential:
• University Degree
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Capable of working with big data and
making complex calculations
• A good level of IT competence in
programmes such as Word and Power
Point
• Strong team player
• Strong communication skills with the
ability to develop solid working
relationships
• Close attention to detail and high focus
on the quality of work output
• Self-motivated
• Professionalism, confidence and
commercial acumen
• Ability to understand and effectively
implement HR policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of English

Desirable:
• 3 work years’ experiences in
compensation and benefits or finance
controlling or similar
• Experience with HR marketing
